Since its release in 2005,YouTube has become the most successful video-sharing site on the web.However other sites like YouTube have been competing ever since but unfortunately none of them of reached its popularity scale.Even though YouTube is one of the top websites of today’s web.I would not recommend it for use on a website or a blog because most people use YouTube to display videos on their blog or a website and viewers may think that is professional using YouTube again and again.
Be Different
Being different is great because you are separated from the rest of the crowd which basically means that your not the same as everyone else.However this takes work and I mean serious work like learning Adsense, SEO and more so it will take about 6 months or more for your blog to function properly on the other hand to get a instant result you will need to invest a lot of money into advertising,for ex.using Google Adwords.
Use Other Services and Be Outstanding
If you use other-video sharing sites rather than YouTube to host your videos,you have a more of a chance of being outstanding from the crowd but the one most important key element that you must is traffic because without traffic you don’t have anyone to view your videos and your blog will become dead.
Why Use Viddler
The reason why i choose viddler is because it has all the features that you need for blogging.The most impressive element is that supports ads to be displayed during your videos,this can improve your revenue from Google Adsense.Syndicate through RSS feed or even on ITunes which also becomes very useful for social sharing.
Never Use Blip.tv
Blip.tv is a another video sharing site but the reason why don't recommend to use it because it takes up 24 hours for your video to appear online but the good thing is that you can embed different players.
