Well during the past year Google has released a virtual hard drive on of their own which users can store files separately from their OS.The most highest memory capacity is up to 6 Gigabytes with a google account needed to login into the Gmail servers but it has a very slow transferring rate between files from the computer to the separate hard drive but it all depends file size.It stores the files in web-based format which can be accessed from anywhere but it runs the risk of someone logging and deleting, arranging and adding viruses to your files.
